Sex Therapy is for you if:
You and your partner want different things sexually and don't know how to talk about it
Intimacy has quietly disappeared and you're not sure how it happened or how to get the spark back
Past experiences are affecting how you show up in your relationship today
You feel shame, anxiety, or confusion around sex that you've never said out loud
Infidelity has broken the physical and emotional trust between you
Life changes — postpartum, perimenopause, menopause, medical issues — have shifted your intimate life
“When we feel emotionally disconnected, our sexual connection suffers too.”
What is sex therapy?
Many people hesitate to reach out for sex therapy because they don't know what to expect. Sex therapy is talk therapy. There is no physical contact. There is: an honest, completely judgment-free space to say the things you've never been able to say out loud about your sexual relationship, sexual desires, and sexual needs. Allowing for deeply emotionally conversations.
I've been doing this work for a long time. There is nothing you could bring into this room that I haven't heard before. And there is nothing that would change how I see you.
Sex Therapy can help with:
Mismatched Desire
When one partner wants more or less but struggles with how to discuss with their partner.
Sexual Shame & Anxiety
Releasing what you were taught to feel about your body and your desire.
Life Stage Changes
Postpartum, menopause, medical conditions — and what they do to intimacy.
Past Trauma
When earlier experiences are shaping how you feel about intimacy and your sex life today.
Identity & Sexual Expression
Exploring who you are — including kink, non-monogamy, and sexual identity — without judgment.
Sexless Relationships
Understanding how you got here — and whether you want to find your way back.
Intimacy After Infidelity
Rebuilding physical and emotional trust after betrayal.
Performance Concerns
Anxiety that shows up sexually — creating preformance issues.
"You don't have to be embarrassed. You just have to be willing to be honest. I'll help you from there."
